Me, Sean and Pike ventured out to Steven’s Pass this past weekend in search for Fall colors but was pleasantly surprised by an early dusting of snow in the mountains. The temperatures were much colder than we expected and our original plan was to hike Mount McCausland, but because of the weather we ended up hiking the Smithbrook trail and part of the PCT. After a long and cold day, we enjoyed our efforts with burgers, fries and beers. Perfect Saturday.
